Off The Kuff has two recent posts on Tom DeLay. The first is about the TV ads he threatened to sue the TV stations over and then they pulled them. (I always love it when "so called" conservatives want to sue).
FactCheck backs up anti-DeLay ad:
And wonder again if any of our pusillanimous local stations have anyone on staff who could have given them an opinion as to whether they should have listened to DeLay's lawyer or called his bluff and told him to go pound sand.

The other story is that DeLay's poll numbers are looking bad,
Bad poll for DeLay. The leader in this race,
Nick Lampson, has a diary up at Dailykos on this,
Lampson 30, DeLay 22 :
There's still a long way to go before Election Day, but I just wanted to pass along some more early great news. Check out the results of the latest Houston Chronicle poll, released this afternoon, that shows what would happen if the election were held today:
Lampson -- 30%
DeLay -- 22%
Stockman -- 11%
Other/Undecided -- 37%
